I got sweet and sour chicken, it was typical American Chinese takeout. Big piece of breaded chicken. the sauce came in a little container on the side. Places typically give more sauce and they kinda lacked on that part but besides that it was standard. Nothing to call home about. You get what you pay for
Decent Chinese takeout place. The general Tso's chicken was pretty good and crispy. Sauce is a bit more tangy than other places but it hits the spot.
Absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend. I got their chicken lo mein, egg roles and general Tao's chicken. All very tasty. I will be ordering again!
The delivery guy was very very polite I love that when they come here and then knock in the way that you open the door and give you your order what a nice attitude
Here's a place that beat expectations. It certainly looked like a crap shack and I thought the food would match. King Dragon is located only a few blocks from Central Park. Area isn't the best but it's not too dangerous especially around lunch. They also deliver and the rest of the business is takeout. After checking out a few of the museums we were crazy hungry. In the same area as the Museum Of The City Of New York is this unassuming Chinese restaurant. There's literally almost no room inside to wait. Basically you order at the window inside and get it to go. Customers are limited to delivery or takeout. Because we were already here we had to find somewhere nearby to sit at. There's a small park with basketball courts that has some tables. We had the Teriyaki Tofu. It's $9 for the lunch combo. This comes with a can of pop. Chewy but edible tofu pieces. These looked like perfectly cut rectangles all similar. It probably came in frozen. The taste wasn't incredible but it wasn't bad though. It had a sweet and tangy sauce that helped. The vegetables with it weren't bad either and tasted somewhat fresh if you can believe it. Chinese takeout can be bad. It wasn't all that much from here. They have a minimum credit card limit.
Came here after a long day of work and didn't have the energy to cook for myself. First off, the things I find important: they take credit card, but it's a $10 minimum. I also am addicted to Diet Coke. They give a free can of soda with a $15 purchase, 2 cans with a $30 purchase. This is pretty much a take out only restaurant. One seat but really it's just for customers waiting for your take out. The wait for the food took around 15 minutes, not too long but also not the fastest. I got steamed shrimp dumplings and I was very very pleased. The filling was shrimp heavy, thick skin which I personally like, and I think 10 pieces, all for $6. Loved it. I also got the pineapple fried rice which was decent. Not a lot of protein, pretty bland flavor, typical plastic take out size if you get the quart. Overall a little slow, not that great entree, but good dumplings, free Diet Coke, cheap, and takes credit card.
